James and I were fortunate enough to travel to Virginia in August to see Devin graduate from OCS (Marine Officer Candidate School.) Kristi came with us. After the graduation we went to Florida for a week, part of which we took a cruise to the Bahamas. It was really fun. I'm so glad we could go and spend that time with Devin and Kristi.

Devin will graduate from the U in December. He's getting his degree in Sociology. Then he'll receive his commission as an officer in the Marines. Then he'll have to go to Officer Training School for a year, or a year and a half.

Kristi graduated from Copper Hills last June. Yeah! So all of our children are 'grown up.' I use that term loosely. (I still don't know if I'm 'grown-up.')

Dani got her Bachelor's Degree from the U in August. She got her degree in Anthropology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, which means she graduated in the top 1% of her class. In her 4 years of college, she only got 1 A-. We're so proud of her.

Aaron and Sarah were married in the Salt Lake Temple on September 30th. They are so happy! They just float along, smiling at each other...

Brittany and Ben moved to Layton. Ben has a great job fixing medical equipment at Hill Air Force Base. Brittany is going to school at Weber State. She's thinking of being either a doctor or a PA. They have a cute little puppy named Diesel.

I'm looking forward to going to Idaho this weekend to see Melanie and her cute little family. Katelyn has her Primary Program on Sunday, so James and I are going up. We try to visit back and forth at least once a month. Sometimes we get to see each other more, like this month. Melanie came down last weekend for Rylee's Halloween party. We love it when we can see each other more, but gas is so expensive. It makes travel more difficult.

I am enjoying my new position at work. In May I changed from Medical Records to the Medical Staff department. I am a credentialing specialist. I make sure that the doctors have all the necessary licenses, continuing education, etc. I've been playing catch up while I learned, so it's been a challenge. But I love to learn new things.
